360 Nest Design ("the studio," "we") is a Florida-based interior design and project management studio. This policy describes how we handle information collected through 360nestdesign.com and through your communications with the studio.
When you request a consultation, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, project location, project type, and anything you share in your message. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
The information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare consultations, and manage your project with the studio. You may receive calls, emails, or text messages from us in direct response to your inquiry. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
We use a small number of trusted providers to operate the site and the studio: a customer relationship platform to manage inquiries, Cloudflare to host and secure the site (including Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects our forms from automated abuse), and Google Fonts to serve typography. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes beyond providing their service.
The site does not use advertising cookies. Security services such as Cloudflare Turnstile may set strictly necessary cookies to distinguish people from bots.
We keep inquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep.
